Looking for a leg burning workout? Then look no further! A mix of compound, isolation and plyometric exercises.

The 6 round workout consists of 2 sets of exercises. Complete the first round 6 times through, rest then complete 6 rounds through of the 2nd set of exercises.

This workout includes 4 x weight sets before timed rounds. Like I mentioned, its a burner!

Remembe, time yourself for the 6 rounds so next time you can try and beat it!

You can if limited for time, omit the weight sets and just complete timed rounds. You may want to go through timed rounds twice. I’d complete both rounds then repeat if so.

Yes it will have you having and puffing. Remember also, don’t rush so much you lose technique, keep focused on your movements.

I added 10kg each weight set however you can keep it the same weight.

Dynamic warm up such as, squats, skis, jumps, touching toes, skipping etc and stretch when you finish. Glutes, quads, hamstrings, hips, calves, inner thigh and ITB.
