Park Workout

Sunny gorgeous day! Not wanting to go indoors to workout?

Walk or jog to the park and pump these out.
All over body workout. Muscle building, fat burning and fitness!

3 sets x 10 reps

Warm up with a jog or starjumps to get that blood pumping.

Do what you can and aim for 12 to 15 reps if you can.

If your new to chin ups try starting by simply holding yourself in one spot. Preferably elbows at 90 deg. Lower yourself to the ground as slow as you can rather than drop. This will help build strength. Over time you will be able to do 1 then 2 and so on.

To make sprints harder, start by lying on your stomach, face down. Jump up and GO!
Time yourself, try and beat your last sprint. It keeps you pushing 😉

Crunches, imagine holding an orange under your chin so it doesnt move. This way you activate the abs and not your head/necks momentum.

Don’t forget to stretch!
