HIIT training will assist in getting fit, building muscle, burning fat and keep that metabolism roaring long after you finish. You can get your workout done in a shorter amount of time. Technically the harder you go the shorter your workout needs to be. The aim is to get those muscles to fatigue, so the sooner you get there, the quicker it will be!
If your a beginner you can step it out or start with 1 round. If your an advanced enthusiast of exercise, go hard for all rounds.
Remember, if your spending the time to exercise, make sure its worth it! Go for it!
