Afternoon tea hunger?
Easy fixed with this guacamole dip! Made with all natural ingredients full of flavour!
Curb that 3pm hunger by serving with carrots, celery or even a handful of home made corn chips from mountain bread and dip in!
3 ripe avocados, mashed
1 small red onion, diced
3-4 Roma tomatoes or 1/4 gourmet tomato, chopped (can omit)
2-3 garlic cloves (depends how strong you want it) finely diced
1/2 – 1 bunch coriander, minced
1 tblsp fresh squeezed lime juice
Salt to taste, 1/2 tsp (I omit salt)
Remove skin and seed from avocados and mash with a fork.
Dice, chop, mince ingredients as listed above in ingredients list.
Add all ingredients to mashed avocado and mix.
Taste test and add extra of whatever you like to get your desired taste.
How easy is that!
