Plyometric Tabata

We all want to get our workouts done as quick as possible!

Tabata is the perfect way for burning fat and calories, building muscle and protecting it, gaining fitness both aerobic and anaerobic and increasing speed and best of all it is completed in a short amount of time! Who needs to spend hours in the gym?!

Tabata is a 4 minute workout that consists of 20 seconds work, 8 rounds with 10 seconds rest in between each exercise. You perform at 100% intensity. If your new to this type of training, its important you seek medical advice first. Your heart rate is elevated to your maximum and can consist of a lot of high impact exercises.

Tabata can be used for fitness, cardiovascular exercise, weight training and other forms of exercise. You can slot any form of exercise into Tabata but you perform them as hard as you can. You can also do as many rounds as you like whether they are the same exercises or different.

A thorough 5-10 minute warm up is required and a cool down and stretch at the end.

Be sure to warm up and stretch ALL your body to prevent injury and help recovery!


Each round is 4 minutes. Complete 1 or complete them all!
