No Bake Protein Balls

How easy are these no bake protein balls!

You can use any flavour protein powder you like. This recipe serves 20. I split all the ingredients into 3 bowls so I could have chocolate, strawberry and vanilla flavour!

Make 1, 2 or 3 flavours, the choice is yours.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup LSA (linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds)
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (can use rice malt syrup)
  • 1/4 cup dark choc chips
  • Coconut to roll in
  • Cocao nibs to roll in

Protein balls (4)

Method

Mix together dry ingredients.

Melt peanut butter and syrup and stir in dry mix with the chocolate chips.

Roll into balls (18-20) and roll in desired coating or leave plain.

Store in refrigerator.
