Ooooh hello Jamie Olivers Vegetarian Green Dream Noodles.
First time trying Miso. Love it because its different.
If you cook this and need meat, chicken breast is best.
I did add fresh beans and used snow peas instead of sugar snap peas.
So multiply by the number of people your cooking for.
15 mins cook time.
- 1 small handful of sugar snap peas (halved)
- 1 handful button mushrooms (halved)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2cm piece ginger
- 1 sachet miso paste
- 1 small handful of brocolli
- 1 large handful baby spinach
- 100g rice noodles (or 50g rice fettuccine)
- A few sprigs coriander
Halve the sugar snaps and button mushrooms. Peel and finely slice garlic and peel and grate the ginger.
Dilute the miso in a pan as per pkt instructions. Bring to simmer and add the brocolli, sugar snaps and mushrooms, and cook until brocolli has softened.
Add the spinach, garlic, ginger and noodles until the noodles have softened, then garnish with coriander leaves.
