HIIT Workout- At home

A HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) session that will leave your metabolism burning for up to 72 hours!
Not for the faint hearted. If you haven’t done a HIIT session before, you may want to check with your doctor first, go slower and make sure you have warmed up well! At least 10 minutes where you jog, complete some squats, push ups, body twists, crunches and small jumps etc. Increase intensity as you go so your ready to burn out the workout!

I do up to 3 of these a week. If your not burning through this, then you havent pushed yourself hard enough!

No halvies, you only get half the workout! And defeat the purpose of the session. All squats all the way down! Jump, means jump as high as you can from as low as you can go! Push up hold, not 1/4 way, half way! Elbows at 90 degrees.

Its only 20 mins so make the most of it, burn fat and build muscle and fitness!

*You may want an Epsom salt bath ready for after to relax those muscles!

TIPS: You can download a Tabata App where you can adjust time, so no need to watch a clock, it does it all for you.
Use Google images if your unsure of exercise or look them up for
correct technique, its most important, you want to use muscles
not joints and avoid injury. Then go for it!!!
