30, 20, 10 Workout

A quick all over body workout, fat burn and keep burning those calories!

No equipment required.

Do 1 round of each, then progress to 2 rounds of each and 3 depending on time and fitness level. So you can go ahead and do 2 to 3 rounds of each if your your after a more intense workout.

Exercises are functional movements (that help every day activity such as squatting etc).

If you cant jump them out start by simply stepping them out. As you get stronger and fitter you can start jumping them out.


Make sure you warm up and cool down!

If you have medical issues or a sore back omit what you need to in regards to doctors orders or seek their advice first.

Advanced peeps, you may want to add in holding weights etc, that’s up to you.

So, pump up your favourite tunes and get started!
