Seeded Sourdough with Ricotta & Walnuts

An easy sweet and savoury meal of sourdough bread for those in a hurry!
Sourdough bread has many health benefits. It contains the bacteria Lactobacillus in a higher proportion to yeast than other breads. More Lactobacillus means higher production of lactic acid, which means less of the potentially dangerous phytic acid. Therefore more mineral availability (particularly k, p, Mg, Zn) and easier digestion!
Other benefits include; cleaning the stomach, it contains uniquely balanced proteins, fatty acids, cellulose, minerals, and other nutrients our bodies need, helps with optimal absorption of nutrients and more!
So many reasons, so many ideas but this one hits the spot!
